Meditation for Teens Age 13-17

Your teen will learn simple meditation and mindfulness techniques. They will practice techniques for focusing and quieting, developing an open mind and appreciation, learning self-acceptance, caring, and dealing with the ever-increasing allure of technology. These techniques have been practiced through the ages and are taught using everyday language. Interactive exercises and humor are also used to make this a fun experience.
