Continuing education for meditation and mindfulness. You’ll practice the simple techniques to help you de-stress, take the edge off, relax, and experience more ease in your life. And when difficulties arise, you’ll use some tried-and-true tools to deal with them. This class is taught as continuing education for those who have experienced meditation before and want to learn more.

$60 one time fee for 4 sessions.  No drop in.
