Join us for this 4 week introduction to meditation and mindfulness. You’ll learn simple techniques to help you de-stress, take the edge off, relax and experience more ease in your life. And when difficulties arise, you’ll have some tried-and-true tools to deal with them. Kurt teaches in everyday language and de-mystifies age-old techniques so you understand how they work and can practice at home or on the go.
